Project Description
AQUARELLE SEC is an innovative shopping and entertainment center located in the Moscow region, 17 kilometers from the MKAD in the Pushkinsky district. The primary catchment area for the center includes major cities such as Ivanteevka, Krasnoarmeysk, Korolev, Mytishchi, and Pushkino itself.
Distinctive Features:
The project stands out with its Festival House cultural and leisure center for children and youth, park zones with dedicated cycling and roller-skating routes, all-season outdoor sports grounds, and free socially significant services.
Anchor Tenants:
Key operators include the AUCHAN hypermarket, More Cinema, and the Baucenter home improvement and construction hypermarket, which makes its debut in the Moscow market through this project. The concept integrates a shopping gallery featuring 100 international and Russian brands, alongside popular cafes, restaurants, and food court concepts.
